Black Creek Burning by R.T. Wolfe
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Black Creek Burning is a wonderful suspense novel that gently draws you into the love that Brianna Chapman (Brie) resists because she has issues surrounding the death of her parents in a fire explosion years earlier. Nathan Reed is the man that doesn’t give up on her when things get tough. He, along with his two sons (adopted when their father, his brother, died) end up with the strength to help her overcome her fears and stand up to a vengeful stalker that’s haunted Brie for years.
Just when I thought I had this story figured out, something new and unexpected would happen. It definitely kept me guessing all along. A heartwarming love story that’s laced around a well-developed suspense.
RT Wolf has a talent for descriptive scenes and touching sentiment.
Thank you for the lovely review, Shelley.-R.T. Wolfe
