I know it’s a long shot but today I sent Flood, Flash, and Pheromones and Chloe’s Secret  to North Texas RWA’s Carolyn Reader’s Choice Awards. Now I’ll cross my fingers and hope for the best. This contest is judged by readers, not authors so is a great opportunity to find out what readers think.

I also am taking an even longer shot at the Rita…entered three titles, two of my Crimson Romance titles (Bring It On and The Designated Drivers’ Club) and one from Soul Mate Publishing (Flood, Flash, and Pheromones). Shipping books off tomorrow for two of them and will send the third soon after. Since the RITAs are usually won by major publisher’s books, probably won’t get far.

But if you don’t try,  you’ve already lost…right?
