Here’s my review of Holding Out for a Hero by Mari Manning:

Seneca Simms is getting married in less than a month. She hires Collin Atlee, private detective to research a problem with her birth certificate. Things get complicated — and really fun from there. Their instant attraction for each other, combined with the fact that everyone in her life instantly draws to Collin (and dislikes the fiance’) adds to the confusion. It also adds in the fact that both are stumbling through life, not attaining their lifelong dreams and after meeting each other, realize the importance of that.

A great read, very sexy and the characters draw you in – not just Seneca and Collin — but their entire family and circle of friends.
