Hi there
Thanks for visiting. I'm so glad you've chosen to do so. Here's a little history on me if you're interested: I grew up on a farm in Missouri near a small town called Peculiar (close to Kansas City) where much of my family still lives. I am the middle daughter of three. I graduated from Oklahoma State University, and took post graduate courses from OSU and the University of Wyoming. I have traveled extensively, lived internationally, and now call Texas home. I also worked in Information Technology, with a long-term career as a Network Engineer, a Project Manager, Operations Director, and I.T. Director (Department Head). I hold several technical certifications and am proud to say I mastered many technologies few women ventured toward in my early years (while working 24 hour days.) Throughout life, I’ve had a passion for writing, art, and athletic endeavors. I love a good challenge and have faced it many times, always believing in positive outcomes. In fact, I can be pretty hard-headed when it comes to what I can’t do. I’m a member of the International Thriller Writers, Houston Literary Guild, Romance Writers of America, The Writer’s Guild, and Sisters In Crime (SinC)–and several techie organizations that we won’t mention. My debut novel, Numbers Never Lie, hit the Amazon Bestseller's list for Romantic Suspense and rocketed to #3. My second novel, Bring It On, was a finalist in Denver RWA's Aspen Gold Awards. My fifth novel, Flood Flash and Pheromones, was a finalist in The Carolyn Reader's Choice Awards. Who knows what will happen next!
